Born in India and coming from a fairly large family, Cheryl has always held family close to her heart. It’s no wonder then the loving ties of family seem always reflected in her love stories. An avid reader and lover of using words to create tales of love and romance, she has lived her own love story and is still living the happily ever after with her English husband. He was not only instrumental in encouraging her to write, but has steadfastly refused to believe she would be anything but successful at it. Blessed with a beautiful three year old daughter, Cheryl believes her life to be full and fun. Combining all the roles of motherhood, wife, working girl and writer would never have been so easy had it not been for her supportive husband and family. She considers friendships the greatest gifts one could have and in this she has received more than her fair share. Her writing endeavors have been helped along by her close friends Lori and Maria who stood by her through all the trials a new writer must endure and offered the kind of unstinting encouragement and support only true friends can. Right now she shuffles between London and Bombay with nary a complaint after all what is life--except one huge adventure to be lived to the fullest.

I liked the fact that the Angels in A Kiss So True are completely different to the angelic concept I have read before. These Guardian Angels are funny, likeable and believable. These are the sort of Angels you want to have guarding you. The rule breaking Kaelin is endearing and instantly likeable. She believes everyone can be saved. It’s that positive theme in A Kiss So True that made me want to eagerly read more and hope for miracles for all the characters. This book is funny and it makes you wonder about the quirkiness of life and fate.
