AUTHOR'S BIO :
Becky Gauger is a science fiction librarian and a great devotee of science fiction in all its forms.
I was raised through every level of fantasy and science fiction, from nursery rhymes to fairy tales to folklore, myth, comic books, Star Trek, Doctor Who, Star Wars, Elfquest, and finally to science fiction and fantasy novels. I suppose it is only natural that I’d end up writing it myself. Science fiction is a world of possibilities. I like that.
REVIEWS/QUOTES :
The Wizard's Wife: “Attention fantasy and romance fans! This book will keep you reading. Written without the explicit sex scenes, Becky Gauger has created some of the best love scenes I've read in a long time. This tale is well balanced, evenly paced, and very well written.” -- E-Books Weekly
The Wizard's Wife:“Told with humor and a lot of skill, this was a book I had trouble putting down…” -- Science Fiction Romance Newsletter
“…this tale will keep you on the edge of your seat, yet leave you with a rosy glow of happiness as you read.
"The Wizard's Wife" comes highly recommended as a fun read that will satisfy any fantasy or romance reader seeking more than just romance or fantasy adventure. The very talented author has constructed a reality that will pull you into itself and carry you along to the end.”-- ebooksnbytes
“Becky Gauger's book, THE WIZARD'S WIFE, is a wondrous tale of love and adventure. Set in a medieval time frame, where dragons and rocs still abide and science is wizardry; Ms Gauger describes a world that is easy to believe in and dream of.
Ms. Gauger has written a book which enfolds the reader in a world of fantasy they will be loathe to leave. It touches and soothes the frantic, often cynical world views we so often espouse. I give this book my highest commendations...and recommend it to readers of any age who hide a place in their hearts where the dreams still live on.”-- ParaNormal Romance
“The thing that charmed me most in The Wizard's Wife is the romance between AErin and Marela. Their devotion to one another really makes this story fun. Many times, I've thought I would prefer the wizard over the knight if I were in the heroine's shoes... and AErin is well worth being chosen.
Shameless romantics who have always wondered why the wizard didn't get the girl will love this endearing novel.-- SF Site
